  5. ADMIN          displays information about a server
  6. AWAY             leaves a message saying you're not paying attention
  7.  
  8. BRACT            sends the action to all channels. The same as doing /me
  9.                                  in all channels
  10. BROADCAST sends the text to all channels. The same as typing 
  11.                                     normally it in to all channels
  12.  
  13. CHANNEL   joins a particular channel  
  14. CLEAR      clears the channel window
  15. CTCP        performs certain client specific actions
  16.  
  17. DATE        shows server current date and time
  18. DCC          handles direct connections to remote clients
  19. DESCRIBE  sends anything about you to a person or channel
  20. DNS                    translates between IP addresses and DNS Names
  21.  
  22. IGNORE     causes messages from specific people to be ignored
  23.                                 /ignore on its own causes the ignore list to be displayed
  24.                                 From the ignore list you can add, delete and edit Ignore
  25.                                 masks. The mask is a "filter" that determines what 
  26.                                 people are affected.
  27.                                 You can also add or delete ignore masks from the input
  28.                              field. To add an ignore use:
  29.                                 /ignore nick ALL/CTCP/MSGS/INVITES/NOTICES
  30.                                 To remove an ignore use /ignore nick -ALL
  31.                                     
  32.                                 The command supports nicknames and userhost.

  34. INVITE     invitate another user to join a channel - operator only
  35.                                 parameters:
  36.                                 <nick> [<channel>]

  38.                                 use * or nothing for current channel

  40. JOIN        joins a particular channel

  43.                                 To join multiple channels with one command, separate

  65.                                 You can add users to the notify list by dragging users or
  66.                               text from the channel to the list.

  69.                                 use /notify -nick, drag it to the trash or press delete to
  70.                               remove a nick from the list

  72. OPER                used to obtain IRC operator privileges on a server
  73.                                 This will only work if you are authorized to access the
  74.                           server. Syntax is /oper nick password

  76. PART                leave a channel
  77.                                 use * for current channel
  78. PING                 Used to find the response time (lag time) between you
  79.                                  and another nickname. Can also be used to ping an entire
  80.                                  channel by using the channel name as the parameter. Do
  81.                                  not overdo that. Many people find it offensive.

  83. QUERY       starts a private conversation
  84. QUIT         exits your IRC session
  85.  
  86. STATS       shows some irc server usage statistics
  87.  
  88. TIME          shows server current date and time
  89. TOPIC        changes the topic of the channel
  90. TRACE        shows the server connections of the given machine

  92. USERS        prints users logged on the server machine

  94. VERSION     shows client and server version number
  95.  
  96. WHO           gives a listing of users. Wildcards are supported.
